1. Manual or semi-automatic winding. Of course, manual winding can be done, but it is troublesome and easy to damage the wire. It can't remember when there are many turns, and the labor is slow and the cost is not low; Semi automatic can only realize the winding link, and there is no other way to deal with it. These two methods are also used now, mainly for small batches of stator or special-shaped products. For large quantities of stator products, a lot of labor is required, which is not cost-effective to tell the truth.

2. Flying fork type external winding machine is mainly used for products with outward slot of motor stator, such as aircraft model, UAV, plant protection machine, torsion car, ceiling fan, fascia gun, rotary transformer, fan, etc. flying fork can be divided into single flying fork and double flying fork. It is mainly driven by high-speed rotation of die head, guard plate and die, and orderly winding and wire arrangement circle by circle. Flying fork is an economical winding method, and its price is relatively cheap. At present, it is widely used.

3. Needle type internal winding machine is mainly used for products with motor stator notch inward, such as household appliances, fan, water pump, electric tools, etc. It mainly drives the needle to move up and down through servo motor and control system, and orderly wire arrangement and winding action. Compared with flying fork winding, this method is more precise and has better winding effect. Of course, the price is slightly more expensive.
